The first performance was given by the Australian String Quartet on 16 August 2019 at Elder Hall as part of the Lunchtime Concert Series.

Scherzo and Finale was extracted from my first string quartet, which was written in 2018 as part of my composition portfolio during the third year of my Bachelor of Creative Arts Degree (Music) at the University of Southern Queensland. These two movements were edited in 2019 for performance by the Australian String Quartet.
